Murata providing contract employment to workers from pandemic impacted JTB GAIAREC

Conducted in cooperation with the Industrial Employment Stabilization Center of Japan’s Osaka Office, Murata Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has offered contract employment opportunities to loaned workers from JTB GAIAREC, INC. This offer is in support of the Center’s efforts to provide employment to workers from companies which have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic

The loaned workers will begin at Murata in April 2021. The contract period is expected to be one year with the possibility of an extension depending on the COVID-19 situation.
By employing workers from a different industry, Murata hopes to gain awareness and insights beyond itself and its industry, taking this as an opportunity for further growth.
