Summary
With a view to making its broad spectrum of business areas and element technologies known to as many people and companies as possible, Murata Manufacturing Co., Ltd. will be showcasing its products in three specialized engineering exhibitions at Techno - Frontier 2011, an umbrella event that will bring together a number of exhibitors of the newest specialized technologies. Visitors can expect to witness and experience the following at each of these exhibitions.
EMC JAPAN
In terms of the noise issues arising in the latest applications that are spotlighted by the industry, Murata Manufacturing will be offering solutions founded on the technologies and data it has accumulated to date. The company will also give presentations using slideshows and hold seminars.

THERMAL ENGINEERING
With a view to meeting the need for manufacturing heat suppression parts with smaller dimensions and lower profiles that are now in demand due to the continuing reductions in the sizes of electronic products and devices, Murata has developed the following: small size, low profile cooling devices (microblowers) to which piezoelectric technology has been applied; and piezoelectric microfans which feature low noise - and power - consumption levels and high reliability. Visitors will be invited to learn more about these devices through demonstrations of these technologies.

ENERGY HARVESTING
As technologies supporting the harvesting of energy, Murata Manufacturing is developing

all of which utilize ceramic materials. At this exhibition, the company will present sensor networks that use the energy generated by these devices through the exhibition and demonstration of storage devices, sensors and wireless connectivity modules.
