There is a need to support increases in the number of mounted components and power consumption due to the higher performance and higher functionality of IT equipment and FA equipment. The MYC0409-NA contributes to the downsizing, lighter weight, higher performance, and greater energy saving of products with our original charge pump technology.

This is a device that contributes to widening the band of antenna characteristics and downsizing. For example, it widens the band and improves the antenna efficiency for antennas in applications requiring wide frequency bandwidth such as Wi-Fi 6E, Wi-Fi 7, and cellular. This makes it possible to downsize the antenna part.

We have simultaneously achieved a reduction in the number of components by bundling Band28 duplexer and Band20Rx filter functions into a single device, and lower loss by use of a high-Q surface acoustic wave element (I.H.P. SAW*).
This product realizes a hexaplexer that integrates the functions of three devices into a single 2.5×2.0 mm size device, contributing to a reduced number of components and space reduction. In addition, low loss is also achieved by use of a proprietary high-Q surface acoustic wave element (I.H.P. SAW*) developed by Murata.

We have reduced the triple filter product size to 1.5×1.1 mm size while maintaining equivalent or superior characteristics. We have also modified the Bump-Pad structure to help extend the life against thermal shock.
Through optimization of materials and structural design, close and long distance detection of 15 to 550 cm has become available while reducing the tolerance of both resonance frequency and capacitance by 50%, contributing to performance improvement and stabilization of obstacle detection used in automatic braking systems and automatic parking.

One module supports the simultaneous transmission of LTE (4G) and NR (5G). It establishes a high Iso for simultaneous communication and makes full use of RF design technology. This means that it contributes to the downsizing, composition, higher functionality, and greater energy saving of the components in mobile terminals.

Murata has achieved a design that is over 30% thinner compared to our conventional models by creating capacitor elements with higher capacitance. The improvement of volume capacitance density allows for reductions in component amount, materials used, and energy consumption during processing, contributing to reduce the products’ environmental impact.

By establishing our unique layer thinning technology for ceramic elements and inner electrodes, we have achieved a compact size with an implementation area that is roughly 65% when compared to our previous products with an electrostatic capacitance of 10 µF (1005M size). Additionally, it has roughly 2.1 times the capacitance compared to previous products of the same size (0603M size).

The product volume is halved compared to previous models. This contributes to reducing environmental impact through downsizing of devices to which it is equipped.
This compact vibration sensor device weighs only 1/7th of previous models and is also equipped with a temperature sensor. This product contributes to achieving predictive maintenance for the FA industry and compact sizes for vibration sensor networks.

There is high demand for equipment requiring high temperature guarantees due to the increase in data transmission volume and processing speeds associated with 5G. Additionally, there is a demand for standard frequency tolerance (±0.03 mm) due to module dimension restrictions. We respond to customer needs by expanding our lineup of high temperature guarantees.
We have used the highly safe and advanced MLCC technologies we have cultivated up to now and resin mold technologies suitable for downsizing to realize a long creepage distance at 10 mm, which could not previously be achieved, while maintaining the strengths of high-precision, compact, and low profile MLCCs. As a result, these MLCCs can fully support even high voltages in the 800 V band expected to be used for devices equipped to electric vehicles (EVs).

Since this product is capable of withstanding large currents even at a compact size of 3225 (3.2×2.5×2.0mm), it can help reduce the size and weight of entire systems by reducing mounting space as well as the number of components used.
04/06/2023
This product is a battery-driven wireless vibration sensor capable of handling vibration measurements up to 10 kHz. This sensor improves the efficiency of equipment monitoring by installing it on rotating equipment and contributes to reducing unexpected malfunctions and excessive maintenance.

We have developed the world’s smallest size pentaplexer with high characteristics. Use of a single-port tri-band antenna achieves low loss, enables a reduction in both the number of components and the mounting area, and contributes to reduced power consumption. Realization of a lower profile also provides compatibility with modules.
This product is downsized by 51% compared to previous models. The product contributes to reducing environmental load through its compact size through the downsizing of products it is equipped on.
We have downsized these probes in the plane direction (X/Y axis direction) compared to conventional products.
