As part of the Company’s Philosophy to be trustworthy, Anti-Corruption education is discussed annually to external providers. It aims to prevent the unlawful acts of both Philippine Manufacturing Co. of Murata, Inc. members and external members. This activity aims to increase employee’s awareness about Environment, Social and Governance education as well as its importance to the company and stakeholders. This educational session is presented to members of Philippine Manufacturing Co. of Murata, Inc. as well as the company’s external providers.
Interactive activity is prepared for the attendees for them to easily grasp the topics and to keep their attention by playing Kahoot games after every discussion. Attendees are grouped for the activity, this way they can also build relationships with each other.
Annual Information Technology Training
Philippine Manufacturing Co. of Murata, Inc. conducts awareness training such as testing/examination for Information Security and IT related guidelines to all employees. The aim is to continuously improve the awareness and mindset level of all employees concerning Information Security and contribute to the prevention of information leakage in our company.
