COMPANY EVENTS
As a company, we are not focusing solely on production, sales and achievements, we also ensure that employees can have a good work & life balance through employee engagement activities which promote both individual and physical strengths. We establish comradery through instilling an intersectional harmonious relationship among employees. Some of the activities that we are conducting include family day, sports-festival, year-end party and birthday with the President. These activities intend to boost employee morale and build stronger comradery among workers, thus creating a harmonious working relationship.
HEALTH AND WELLNESS ACTIVITIES
Falling under Sustainable Development Goals 3 (Good Health & Well-being), we are initiating fitness activities such as Yoga, Zumba and Muay Thai. The employees are always full of energy during each session. Benefits of these fitness sessions include releasing of stress and promote a healthy mind and heart which positively effects overall work performance.

MURATA PARK
Murata Park was established in commemoration of Philippine Manufacturing Co. of Murata, Inc.'s 10th year anniversary. It resembles Murata's success over the years. Moreover, one of the main purposes of Murata Park is to make our members at ease and relaxed during their leisure time. With its connection to nature and life, it is often seen as having a particularly calming and soothing effect and is also closely linked to positive emotions. It symbolizes growth, renewal, and life, and in color psychology, the color green is associated with qualities such as harmony, balance, and a sense of security. Our members enjoy this relaxing facility during break time and after work, allowing them to feel more connected to nature.
EMPLOYEE CAFETERIA
Finding moments of calm and relaxation is crucial for our member's mental wellbeing. With this, we ensure that our members are able to enjoy eating by having a clean and relaxing cafeteria interior, thus promoting positive atmosphere wherein they will come and leave the cafeteria with a positive mood. The cafeterias have a distinctive aesthetic inspiration. It's inspired by a forest theme which stands for transformation. While the other cafeteria has a spring theme which stands for renewal. These cafeterias provide a mixture of healthy and balanced meals that cater to all members. In addition, we have a coffee counter for members who love to drink coffee.
WELLNESS CLINIC
We make sure to invest in the health and wellbeing of all our employees, which is why we have an on-site medical clinic. We aim that our employees are healthy both physically and mentally. Our clinics are equipped with basic healthcare devices that can treat minor health concerns of the workers. We have nurses and company physicians who can assist employee's concerns. We are also dedicated to supporting our employee's mental health as we have a resident psychologist who provides counseling among workers who may need it. We believe that employees can perform better at work if we are able to satisfy their psychological needs.
LOBBY AREA AND EVENTS ROOM
Welcomed by a warm feeling once you arrive in the lobby area, and our events room also has an aesthetic ambiance. The lobby space has a waiting area for visitors. Awards and recognitions of Murata are displayed here and there is television to entertain and to learn more about the company. The events room is utilized for employee Engagement Activities, such as CSR Activities, etc.
