About the Electronic Provision System
The Electronic Provision System is a system for providing materials for general meetings of shareholders (reference documents for the general meeting of shareholders, business reports, etc.) held on or after March 2023 by posting them on the Internet, including on the company's own website. It has been made mandatory for all listed companies in Japan.
Under this system, shareholders with voting rights will receive a document with instructions for accessing the website where the materials are posted, instead of receiving the conventional printed Notice of Convocation, for which no procedure is required on the part of the shareholders.
The system allows for earlier access to meeting materials and reduces printing costs through paperless operations, contributing to a lower environmental impact and other benefits.
About the Request for Delivery of Paper Copy
