The Murata Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Group companies Fukui Murata Manufacturing and Kanazawa Murata Manufacturing have decided to accept loaned employees from the West Japan Railway Company (hereafter: JR West). They will begin doing so in September 2021.
In cooperation with the Fukui and Ishikawa offices of the Industrial Employment Stabilization Center of Japan, the two Murata companies will begin accepting staff from businesses affected by the spread of COVID-19. The duration of contracts is planned to be nine months.
By accepting loaned employees from other industries, Murata will gain insights and knowledge beyond the company and its own industry, presenting an opportunity for further growth.
