Murata Malaysia is committed and will:
- Create and provide safe, secure and healthy work environment for all employees and other relevant parties in Murata Malaysia, which could dedicate to working with peace of mind and prevention of work-related injury, ill health and occupational diseases, by eliminating hazards and reducing health and safety risks.
- Fulfill and comply with all applicable health and safety laws and regulations as well as other requirements agreed upon with relevant parties.
- Actively provide learning opportunities such as health and safety education and training to all employees and other relevant parties working under Murata Malaysia operations.
- Promote and foster a healthy and safe working culture that encourages safe behavior and mindset, and strive to enable employees to feel healthy, through encouraging active participation, consultation and cooperation of all employees, and relevant parties.
- Ensure adequate resources to raise health and safety awareness and continual improvement of health and safety management system, by encouraging employees and relevant parties to pay broad attention to society through these opportunities.
- Effectively share and communicate this OHS policy and information to all employees, contractors and interested parties.
