Activities utilizing the internal portal site to promote empathy with our vision
To promote employees’ understanding and empathy, as well as raise their motivation toward achieving Vision 2030 and the Medium-Term Direction 2024, as well as to improve access to related information, we promote activities utilizing the internal portal site to promote empathy with our vision. In fiscal 2023, we published articles that recorded discussions held between top management and employees, both from in Japan and overseas, regarding their interpretations of Vision 2030 and opinions on realizing that vision. In addition to communicating the themes that top management prioritizes and their aspirations for the next generation, we shared discussions Company-wide on how employees understand Vision 2030 from their perspective, areas where they saw challenges or had questions, and how they can put it into practice. Through this, we aim to help each employee find their connection to the vision and create opportunities for taking ownership and practicing personal action to help Murata become the company it seeks to be.
